CTive is a technology consulting firm. This privacy policy covers the website at ctive.co and any related contact you have with us through the site.

We keep this minimal. We collect:

• →Contact form submissions — your name, work email, company, project type, and message — only when you submit our contact form.
• →Analytics data — page views, referring site, device type, approximate country, and browser. Only collected if you accept the cookie banner.
• →Server logs — IP address and user agent, kept briefly for security and abuse prevention.

Contact form data: to respond to your inquiry and discuss your project. Analytics: to understand what content is useful so we can improve the site. Server logs: to protect the site from spam and abuse.

We do not sell or rent personal data. We share information only with the processors we need to operate:

• →Resend — delivers your contact form message to our inbox.
• →Vercel — hosts the website and processes server logs.
• →Google Analytics 4 — if you accepted the cookie banner, page-view data is processed by Google with IP anonymization.

Wherever you are, you can ask us to: access the data we hold on you, correct it, or delete it. If you are in the EU/UK (GDPR) or California (CCPA), you have additional rights including data portability and the right to object to processing. Email us and we'll respond within 30 days.

We use one analytics cookie set by Google Analytics, and only if you accept it via our banner. You can decline at any time and continue using the site normally. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking.

Contact form messages: kept as long as the business relationship is active or relevant. Analytics: retained for 14 months in Google Analytics. Server logs: 30 days.
